Review, Trust & Platform Integrity Policy

UpBusiness is a trust-first B2B services discovery platform. This Policy exists to:

• Maintain platform trust and integrity
• Protect buyers and partner companies
• Prevent manipulation and fraud
• Maintain review authenticity
• Protect the integrity of TrustScore systems
• Maintain fair platform visibility systems
• Explain how reviews, rankings, verification, and AI systems operate

This Policy applies to buyers, partner companies, reviews and ratings, TrustScore systems, rankings and visibility systems, AI recommendations, verification systems, and platform moderation systems.

Only logged-in buyer accounts may submit reviews on UpBusiness. Buyers submitting reviews represent and warrant that reviews reflect genuine experiences, are truthful and accurate, are submitted in good faith, are not misleading, are not manipulated, do not violate third-party rights, and are not defamatory.

Reviews may include ratings, written feedback, project experiences, service evaluations, communication experiences, and overall satisfaction.

UpBusiness reserves full discretion to moderate, edit for readability, remove, investigate, penalize, restrict visibility, reduce rankings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users based on review activity.

UpBusiness strictly prohibits fake reviews, purchased reviews, self-reviews, coordinated review activity, review exchanges, incentivized misleading reviews, spam reviews, manipulated ratings, and fraudulent reputation activity.

UpBusiness may use AI systems, behavioral analysis, IP analysis, activity analysis, pattern recognition, and internal moderation systems for fraud and manipulation detection. Where suspicious activity is detected, UpBusiness may:

• Remove reviews and reduce TrustScore
• Reduce visibility and remove rankings
• Remove premium visibility
• Restrict platform features
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Take legal action

Partner companies may dispute reviews where the reviewer did not engage with the company, the review is fraudulent, the review violates platform policies, or the review contains unlawful content.

UpBusiness may request supporting evidence, project proof, communication records, or additional information. All moderation and review dispute decisions remain solely within UpBusiness discretion.

Partner companies may be required to provide incorporation certificates, GST details, Aadhaar verification through DigiLocker, business proof documents, portfolio proof, service information, and identity verification information.

Verification may involve automated systems, AI systems, manual moderation, third-party systems, and internal integrity systems. UpBusiness reserves full discretion regarding verification approvals, rejections, removal, additional requests, and integrity evaluations.

UpBusiness operates a proprietary TrustScore system. TrustScore may include verification score, performance score, review signals, profile quality signals, integrity signals, buyer engagement signals, AI evaluation systems, internal moderation systems, and platform activity signals.

TrustScore methodologies, algorithms, calculations, weightages, and scoring systems are proprietary and confidential. UpBusiness reserves the right to modify, add or remove scoring factors, recalculate, adjust rankings, and modify visibility at any time without notice.

UpBusiness may display partner companies across visibility categories including Leadership Positions, Premium Verified Profiles, and Verified Profiles. Leadership Positions may include sponsored placements.

Visibility and rankings may depend on TrustScore, sponsorship status, profile quality, buyer engagement, AI systems, search relevance, platform activity, internal ranking methodologies, and moderation systems. Rankings and visibility are dynamic and may change continuously.

• Sponsored placements may affect visibility ordering
• Rankings, leads, revenue, conversions, and commercial success are not guaranteed

UpBusiness may use artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, recommendation systems, automated moderation systems, behavioral analysis systems, matching systems, automated ranking systems, and search systems.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, produce incorrect recommendations, produce incomplete information, produce interpretation limitations, produce hallucinations, or produce technical inconsistencies. UpBusiness does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, recommendation quality, vendor compatibility, commercial fit, or business outcomes.

UpBusiness may use AI fraud detection systems, behavioral monitoring systems, integrity analysis systems, internal moderation systems, risk analysis systems, and platform monitoring systems for fraud detection, spam prevention, fake review detection, manipulation detection, suspicious activity detection, and platform integrity protection.

UpBusiness reserves full discretion to restrict accounts, reduce visibility, remove rankings, remove reviews, restrict features, suspend users, permanently ban users, remove sponsorships, or take legal action where integrity concerns arise.

UpBusiness reserves full discretion to moderate content and reviews, remove profiles, restrict visibility, reduce rankings, remove sponsorships, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users where fraud is detected, manipulation is suspected, integrity concerns arise, policies are violated, platform abuse occurs, or platform risks arise.

Public company information, reviews, rankings, TrustScore systems, and related content may appear publicly on UpBusiness, be indexed by search engines, appear in AI search systems, recommendation systems, marketing materials, and research and analytics reports.

UpBusiness cannot guarantee removal from search engine caches, AI systems, third-party archives, historical indexing systems, or external search platforms after public indexing has occurred.

Any reviews, rankings, TrustScore systems, analytics, AI outputs, recommendations, insights, or platform information are provided strictly for informational purposes.

• Protecting confidential information
• Evaluating commercial risks

Users should not rely solely on TrustScore, rankings, reviews, AI recommendations, profile information, or platform signals when making business decisions.

UpBusiness does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. The platform may experience maintenance periods, AWS outages, internet disruptions, technical failures, bugs, delays, security incidents, recommendation inconsistencies, or visibility fluctuations. UpBusiness is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

UpBusiness reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.

Users acknowledge that electronic acceptance is legally binding, checkbox acceptance constitutes valid consent, digital records may be used as evidence, and UpBusiness may store timestamps, IP addresses, and acceptance logs.
